Job Description

The ideal fit for Business Development Executives/ Managers who are ambitious and keen to have an interest in shaping the business's growth. We are actively looking for a candidate who will be responsible for seeking out and developing new business opportunities with a consultative approach to selling Digital marketing, Mobile app, Design & Development solutions to clients across the USA and Canada. They must be commercially astute and have excellent communication skills with a proven record of generating significant revenues. A major part of their role will be selling to new customers over the phone.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Minimum 1-3 years experience in Business Development with IT Service Sales

Prior experience in B2B International outbound calling

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Developing targeted long-term new business plans to target international clients and foster growth in these key areas for the future.

Building and maintaining client relations

Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Strong listening and presentation skills

Quick learner to grasp various open technologies that we carry

Gains familiarity with the IT industry, and stays updated on trends and innovative products

Create weekly/monthly forecasts on revenue/target management and end-of-month reports on revenue and market performance.

To chase monthly targets to ensure revenue expectations are met.

Working closely with the email marketing department to develop relevant and bespoke templates.

Inputting into sales and marketing collateral how the business positions itself for various audiences.

Maximizing clientele networks by finding business opportunities.
