Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the water and wastewater treatment industry (municipal, industrial, and commercial sectors).
Generate inquiries and convert them into profitable projects through effective proposal management, client negotiations, and closing.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with government bodies, industrial clients, consultants, EPC contractors, and other key stakeholders.
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the companys presence in assigned regions or market segments.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential customer requirements to identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with the technical, proposals, and execution teams to prepare effective solutions, technical proposals, and commercial offers.
Participate in industry exhibitions, conferences, seminars, and networking events to promote company services and enhance market visibility.
Regularly report on sales pipeline, forecast, market intelligence, and business development initiatives to senior management.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of water treatment, wastewater treatment, effluent treatment plants (ETP), sewage treatment plants (STP), zero liquid discharge (ZLD), reverse osmosis (RO), and related systems.
Proven ability to drive business growth and manage complex sales cycles.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze market dynamics and develop effective growth strategies.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
