Job description :

Role will include developing business and sales leads. Mapping and planning the the business with key accounts; achieving goals for the business unit and responsible for driving revenue and growth for the company's primary product line. Should have worked in B2B sales profiles for Fin-tech and financial institutions .

Must-Haves:

Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills in English and Local languages.

Requirements:

 Knowledge of the Financial institutions, Conducting market research and Identify potential / prospects for business partnership for company (Financial institutions)

 Cultivating strong relationships with new clients, while maintaining existing client relationships

Roles and Responsibilities

 Drafting sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required.

 Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadline

 Identify new business opportunities and partners

 Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients

 Deepening existing partnerships for higher volume

 Achieve assigned Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Targets

Desired Candidate Profile

 MBA in Sales & Marketing/Finance

 3-5 years of product / service selling / Sales experience to banks & financial services companies
