We are looking for Business Development Manager/Executive for one of our client.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Identify and research potential clients and projects on online platforms including Upwork and Fiverr.
Create compelling proposals and bids to secure new projects, ensuring they align with client requirements and company capabilities.
Develop and implement effective email marketing campaigns to generate leads and nurture client relationships.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and strategies to attract new clients.
Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the IT consulting industry, with a proven track record of success.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively articulate ideas and negotiate with clients.
Strong marketing acumenand the ability to develop creative strategies to attract and retain clients.
Proactive and self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
