Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Main goal is to boost our sales by reaching out to the existing customers as well as potential customers.

Responsible for handling sales over the phone entirely

Should collect desired information from the clients and maintain healthy relations with them.

Required to understand the customers requirements and demands and close the deal efficiently.

Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts.

Answering phones and explaining the Online Programming courses and services.

Suggesting solutions based on customer needs.

Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.

Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.

Desired Candidate Profile

Must have interacted with US / UK clients or persons.

Excellent communication skills.

Good MS office skills (MS Excel, PowerPoint, MS Word etc)

Proven experience as customer service/sales role.

Strong organizational skills.

Outstanding problem-solving skills.

Exceptional attention to detail.
