Job Title: Business Development Manager

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, drive revenue growth, and expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.

2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and relationship-building.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, partners, and stakeholders.

4. Conduct needs assessments and present customized solutions to potential clients.

5. Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed revenue targets.

6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product) to ensure alignment and effective execution of business development strategies.

7. Provide market feedback and insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.

Requirements:

1. 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.

2. Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and expanding market presence.

3. Strong understanding of the industry, market trends, and competitor landscape.

4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

7. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Nice to Have:

1. MBA or advanced degree.

2. Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot).

3. Knowledge of data analysis and market research tools.

4. Certifications in sales or business development.
