Job Overview:
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, driving revenue growth, and developing strategic partnerships for our logistics services. You will play a key role in expanding the company's market presence in Bhiwandi and surrounding areas, focusing on customer acquisition, relationship management, and maximizing sales potential.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Acquisition:
Identify and target potential clients in the logistics, retail, e-commerce, manufacturing, and distribution sectors in the Bhiwandi area and beyond. Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and qualifying leads to negotiating and closing deals .Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients, focusing on key decision-makers in target industries. Understand the client's business needs and recommend tailored logistics solutions to address those d and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet monthly and annual sales targets.
2. Market Research and Strategy Development:
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and customer requirements in the logistics industry, specifically in the Bhiwandi region. Analyze customer feedback, competitor performance, and market conditions to refine business strategies and offerings. Develop and execute strategic business development plans to penetrate new markets and increase market share.
3. Client Relationship Management:
Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
