Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and negotiate effectively.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to assess client needs, market trends, and opportunities.
Flexibility: Willingness to work in a hybrid model and travel as required.
Technical Understanding: Familiarity with IT solutions and analytics training is a plus.
