Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and business development activities as area allotted .

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth in the assigned area.

Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the company.

Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.

Coordinate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and sales materials.

Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress, and market conditions to the senior management.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in FMCG.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to travel extensively within the assigned area.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
