Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to oversee the daily operations of Metaverse Learn. The founder and investor will provide guidance on vision and strategy, but the candidate will be responsible for running the business and driving key initiatives. The candidate will lead all major aspects of operations, sales and marketing strategies, customer support, and regional expansion. A key responsibility will be achieving Metaverse Learns sales targets through the development and execution of effective marketing and sales plans.

Key Responsibilities:

Achieving Sales Goals: Take responsibility for hitting revenue goals, refining sales processes, and identifying new opportunities to increase conversions and drive business growth.

Sales & Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Work closely with the marketing team to drive customer acquisition, retention, and conversion.

Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the business, ensuring smooth delivery of live sessions and coordination between trainers, customer support, and the technical team.

Customer Support: Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer queries and feedback to maintain high customer satisfaction and retention.

Business Expansion: Identify opportunities for expansion into new regions and markets, scaling operations to broaden our customer base.
