Job Description For Business development manager.

BDM is responsible for guiding a team of sales associates to achieve targets set by the organisation. In addition to increasing sales, the managers also oversee sales plans, analyse data to help with strategic decision-making and train members of the team

This role is Work from Home but candidates living in Kolkata can choose to do Work from office ( if they wish, else it's wfh for everyone.)

* Candidates should also have a good network facility as it's a wfh job.

* Roles :

Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and profitability.

Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and trends.

Establish and maintain relationships with key customers.

Lead and motivate sales teams to achieve sales goals.

Work on building a new strong team.

* Qualification :

Bachelors degree in marketing or any domaim,

MBA preferred.

2-3 years of work experience as sales manager

* Working days :

6 days working (Sundays are fixed off)

* Working hours :

10:00 am to 7:00pm

* Salary: 50k to 60k

* Additional Compensation:

Incentives,Bonus,PF Deduction
