A manager is responsible for guiding a team of sales associates to achieve targets set by the organisation. In addition to increasing sales, the managers also oversee sales plans, analyse data to help with strategic decision-making and train members of the team
Roles :
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and profitability. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and trends. Establish and maintain relationships with key customers. Lead and motivate sales teams to achieve sales on building a new strong team
Skills :
Active listening,strong communication,positive outlooks, motivation, discipline,transparency and goal-driven mindsets
Qualification :
Bachelors degree in marketing or any domaim will also work,MBA -3 years of work experience as sales manager
Working days :
6 days working (Sundays are fixed off)
Working hours :
10:00 am to 7:00pm
