2. Experience in generating new leads through various sales/marketing techniques/BTL etc

3. Ability to generate and convert the leads to sales.

4. Should have strong experience in sales closure.

5. Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.

6. Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.

7. Should guide the team in following the companys policy, system, software & reports etc

8. Should be a Go Better, Team Leader and Target Oriented

9. Always Customer Focused with good Analytical Skills

10. Should be aggressive with excellent communication skills

Eligibility

Experience in REAL Estate Firm will be added advantage.
