We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Delhi/NCR. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in business development, specifically within the recruitment industry. This role is crucial to the growth and expansion of our client base, focusing on acquiring new contracts for recruitment and training and development services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Acquisition:

• Identify and target prospective client companies within the Delhi/NCR region.

• Develop and implement strategies to sign new contracts for recruitment and training services.

• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand client needs.

2. Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in client companies.

• Act as the primary point of contact for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and integration of services.

• Maintain regular communication with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify additional business opportunities.

3. Sales and Negotiation:

• Develop and present compelling business proposals to potential clients.

• Negotiate contract terms, conditions, and pricing to secure new business agreements.

• Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

4. Strategic Planning:

• Collaborate with the senior management team to develop and execute business development strategies.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies and stay ahead in the market.
