Job Description

Job Summary: The Business Development Manager - Real Estate is responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and driving revenue growth within the real estate sector. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong networking skills, market knowledge, and a proven track record in business development and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Analysis and Strategy:

o Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, competitors, and market trends.

o Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve company targets.

o Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and market segments.

2. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

o Build and maintain relationships with key clients, investors, developers, and other stakeholders.

o Develop proposals and presentations to attract new clients.

o Negotiate and close deals to secure new business.

3. Sales and Revenue Growth:

o Achieve sales targets and revenue growth objectives.

o Track and report on sales performance and business development activities.

o Identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities within the company's portfolio.

4. Networking and Industry Involvement:

o Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

o Stay informed about industry developments and trends to maintain a competitive edge.

o Build and expand the company's network of industry contacts.

5. Collaboration and Teamwork:

o Work closely with other departments, including marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure a cohesive approach to business development.

o Provide insights and feedback to senior management to inform strategic decisions.

o Mentor and support junior team members in their professional development.
