- 6LPA for Business Development, Graphic Designer, and Social Media Manager roles

- 5LPA for Field Operations role

If we find a candidate who performs exceptionally well and meets or exceeds targets, we can consider offering a higher salary, tied to their performance.

Alternatively, we could also explore other options, such as:
