Responsibilities
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
Responsible to coordinate Team members overall Business also
Able to handle a Team size of +10 members
Perform the closure of the project on a timely Basis
Works toward the successful completion of goals and target
Aggressive selling tactics
Reliance on short-term plans with considering future relationship with clients
Almost or total reliance on promotional activity for sale of products or services
Collect Referral from Customers after Point of sale.
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
Promote the companys products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives
Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople
Requirements and skills
Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
Proven business track record
Experience in customer support is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office is essential
Proficiency in English
Market knowledge
Communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build rapport
Time management and planning skills
Remuneration:
Basic+ Incentives( Performance-based)
