Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
Understand the target markets, including industry, company, project, company contacts and which market strategies can be used to attract clients
Attract interest in products and services by advertising, networking, developing relationships and listening to feedback
Develop and manage special projects as required, including research assignments, presentations and project documents for marketing and communications, go-to-market, and business development initiatives
Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
Take part in public speaking engagements in both a formal and informal setting
Develop, manage and execute events and tradeshows to create business development and networking opportunities
Monitor incoming communications and leads for the agriculture practice
Participate and assist with proposals, manage and coordinate the RFP process by building out the teams, identifying key concepts to be highlighted and presenting to the potential client
Manage the creation of marketing collateral and promotional material to support the agriculture practice’s marketing initiatives and related go-to-market and business development activities
Set digital marketing strategies using all necessary tools (. website, emails, social media and blogs)
Measure and analyze the success of all marketing initiatives
Build strong stakeholder relationships with key contacts (internal and external)
Extensive travel within the province is required as well as some out of province travel for events
