Key Responsibilities:
Institution Visits: Conduct visits to a minimum of 4 educational institutions daily to develop relationships and promote company offerings.
Lead Generation: Identify and generate new leads through market research, networking, and direct client interactions.
Follow-Ups: Perform aggressive and regular follow-ups to convert leads into business opportunities.
Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities and devise strategies for expanding the client base in the education sector.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
Event Management: Organize and execute seminars, demos, and workshops to engage prospective clients and showcase company products.
Marketing Activities: Plan and implement ATL (Above-the-Line) and BTL (Below-the-Line) marketing activities to increase brand visibility.
Team Collaboration: Work effectively within a team to ensure seamless execution of business development plans.
Presentations: Deliver impactful presentations tailored to meet client needs and effectively communicate value propositions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Education Sector Knowledge: Basic understanding or prior experience in the education industry is preferred.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively and support team objectives.
Presentation Skills: Confidence and ability to deliver effective presentations to clients and stakeholders.
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in basic computer operations and MS Excel.
Humble Attitude: Approaches clients and team members with a humble, respectful, and solution-oriented demeanor.
Driving License and Vehicle: A two/ four-wheeler and a valid driving license are mandatory for the role.
Travel Readiness: Must be willing to travel extensively across Karnataka.
