1. Media or Advertising Agency Background.
2. Result Oriented with profound knowledge of Al Media. Marketing Tools & Terms.
3. Identify and prospect potential clients, including businesses and organizations.
4. Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to create compelling proposals and presentations.
5. Develop sales strategies and set ambitious sales targets in alignment with the agencys goals.
6. Create and implement sales plans, including tactics for lead generation, client acquisitions, and revenue growth.
7. Monitor sales metrics and KPIs, such as conversion rates revenue, and profitability.
8. Conduct regular sales meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and strategies.
9. Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management.
