• Responsible for daily administration and coordination of the Training Centre.

• Managing Staff for the Centre. To manage a team of Trainers/Mobilizers – their performance and professional development.

• Responsible for the Assets of the Centre.

• To plan and execute training program activities with timelines. Ensuring timely implementation of lesson plans.

• Counselling the Newly Registered Candidates.

• Guiding the mobilization team and achieving the targets as per batch size.

• Manage Project reporting and Data Analysis of TC.

• Responsible for project financials – Revenue collections and cost Management, Invoicing, Payment Realization etc.

• Upkeep of Transparency of the work atmosphere.

• Documentation of paid programs.

• Placement coordination of passed-out candidates of TC.

• Good Public relations skills.

• Verification of center expenses

• Should be open for travel.
