Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager with a strong background in the gaming industry, you will be responsible for driving business growth, identifying new opportunities, and establishing strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the gaming industry, including potential clients, publishers, developers, and distribution channels.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry players, fostering partnerships and collaborations that drive revenue growth.

Lead the negotiation and execution of business deals, including licensing agreements, distribution partnerships, and joint ventures.

Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for new products, ensuring successful market penetration and customer acquisition.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives.

Stay updated on industry developments, gaming trends, and regulatory changes, and adapts strategies accordingly.

Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential clients, effectively communicating the value proposition and benefits of our company.

Analyze sales data, track performance metrics, and provide regular reports to management, offering insights and recommendations for growth.

Mentor and provide guidance to team members, leveraging your industry expertise and experience.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in business development within the gaming industry.

Proven track record of successfully closing business deals.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strong Lead and revenue generation skills.
