Reports To: Sales Manager

Job Summary

The Sales Executive is responsible for identifying potential clients, building strong customer relationships, and driving sales growth. The role involves generating leads, conducting sales presentations, negotiating deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

Identify and develop new business opportunities.

Conduct market research to identify potential customers and understand industry trends.

Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.

Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their needs.

Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.

Provide clients with relevant product information and solutions.

Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.

Sales Process Management

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations.

Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.

Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular reports

Collaboration & Teamwork

Work closely with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting sales targets.
