Key Responsibilities:
1. Identifies prospects and develops sales strategies to procure new business for India & US Market
2. Initiates sales calls, sales meetings, competitive analysis, coordination of presentations and proposals
3. Conducts prospect, active and inactive account sales calls and meetings both independently and jointly with other divisions and lines of business
4. Develops strategic solution-oriented sales plans to increase business within key accounts
5. Implements service & Product offerings / solutions and negotiating pricing strategy as determined by management
6. Leads discussions with clients through proposed services to drive decision process to closure
7. Engage with customer base
8. Educate customers on current technologies, programs and promotions
9. Speak intelligently about company and its servic products and offerings
10. Identify nestomers/prospects
11. Initiate & follow up on business development activities
12. Make appointments with different managers and decision makers
13. Update sales database

Required Skills:
1. Demonstrated success working in fast-paced, highly competitive, deadline-oriented environment
2. 1-3 years of proven experience in the Technical marketing.
3. Exceptional communication, presentation, follow- up, negotiation and closing skills
4. Strong emphasis on the ability to listen and present appropriate solutions
5. Ability to establish and build relationships quickly within all levels of an organization internally and externally
6. A proven track record of exceeding required sales targets and delivering rong financial returns
7. Ability to think quickly and clearly about technology
8. Proficient in MS - Office
9. Proficient in various database applications
