Role: Assistant Manager Business Development Role Responsibilities:

Interact and engage with our core target audience including CXOs, Head HRs, L&D Heads as a part of the defined sales and marketing plan.

Own lead generation targets from a defined list of companies and help expand our level of connection within the organization.

Engage with clients, understand their requirements and showcase how enParadigms solutions can fulfil their learning needs

Perform effective online demos to prospects and understand customer needs and requirements.

Prepare and present impressive client pitches for a premium and uniquely positioned corporate education brand.

Proactively nurture and engage clients to build relationships, generate business opportunities and close deals
