We seek an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager who have skills in real estate to help us expand our clientele. You will be at the front of the company and be dedicated to creating and applying an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
A Business Development Manager is a professional responsible for their department's growth. They work with their sales team to develop mutually beneficial proposals, negotiate contract terms, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Qualifications
BSc/BA in business administration, sales, or relevant field.
Masters degree (MBA) is preferred.
Proven experience in real estate field.
Strong understanding of Staffing and Recruitment.
Must know about contract staffing and permanent staffing with a good network in the industry.
Key Responsibilities
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
Promote the companys products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives.
Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople.
Key Skills
Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or a relevant role.
Proven sales track record.
Experience in customer support is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Proficiency in English.
Market knowledge.
Communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build rapport.
