Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Officer to join our team. As a Sales Officer, you will be responsible for selling our English courses to individuals, corporates, and institutions. Your primary objective will be to meet and exceed sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Business Development:
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by selling English courses to new and existing customers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential customers.
2. Customer Engagement and Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Conduct needs analysis and provide solutions to customers to meet their English language learning needs.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
3. Product Knowledge and Presentation:
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our English courses and services.
- Deliver presentations and demonstrations to customers to showcase our courses and services.
- Highlight the benefits and unique selling points of our courses to customers.
4. Sales Administration and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance.
- Submit regular sales reports to the Sales Manager/Team Lead.
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to improve sales skills and knowledge.
5. Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure seamless customer experience.
Performance Metrics:
1. Sales revenue growth and achievement of sales targets.
2. Customer acquisition and retention rates.
3. Customer satisfaction ratings.
