A company specialising in consumer durable financing is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Assistant Manager - BusinessDevelopment professional with experience in Consumer Durable EMIs. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about sales and business development within the BFSI sector. Our client empowers customers with instant no-cost EMIs on consumer durables, using their credit or debit cards. The process is completely digital and requires no documentation, giving customers access to a wide range of the market's top no-cost EMI plans. You'll be working directly with the company's Telesales Offices, building key relationships and driving growth.
What you'll do:
- Partner with Callers, Team Leaders, and Branch Managers to foster strong relationships and influence business growth related to consumer durable EMIs.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market penetration within the consumer durable financing segment.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Alliances, Finance, Marketing, and Operations) to ensure seamless support.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth in consumer durable EMIs.
What you'll bring:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 1+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, ideally with a focus on BFSI consumer durable EMIs.
- Strong understanding of EMI and CD Loans.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work both independently and collaboratively.
- Willingness to travel.
