Job Description

Job Summary:

Position Title: Business Development

Location: Gurgaon

Job role:

Market Research & Analysis

Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential markets, customer needs, and

competitive landscape.

Generate actionable insights from data analysis to support business development strategies.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management.

Identify and approach potential clients to establish new business relationships. Maintain and

nurture existing client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships and customer

satisfaction.

Sales & Marketing Support:

Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet business goals and drive

revenue growth.

Support marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.

Project Management:

Participate in planning and executing business development projects.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

Strategic Planning:

Contribute to the development of strategic plans to achieve business objectives.

Identify opportunities for business growth and recommend actionable strategies.

Operational Support:

Provide administrative and operational support to the business development team.

Ensure efficient documentation and reporting of business activities.

Inbound and Identified Leads Management:

Call and follow up with inbound leads to convert them into potential clients.

Identify and reach out to new leads through various channels to expand the customer base.

Learning & Development:

Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with industry trends and best practices.

Participate in training programs to enhance business development skills.

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:

MBA in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
