• Prior to regular employment, selected candidates will go through an observation period of up to 120 days, during which they will receive a monthly salary of 30,000 INR.

• Upon completing the observation period, candidates will be required to recruit and manage 5 exclusive distributors in 4 individual blocks, in accordance with the Business Development Manager's convenience and company vacancy
