Candidates must have multitasking, leadership, problem-solving, good communication and management skills.

Candidates should prioritize customer satisfaction and be driven by vision for achieving goals.

Prior to regular employment, selected candidates will go through an observation period of up to 120 days, during which they will receive a monthly salary of 30,000 INR.

Upon completing the observation period, candidates will be required to recruit and manage 5 exclusive distributors in 4 individual blocks, in accordance with the Business Development Manager's convenience and company vacancy
