Business Development Manager

Job Description

Business development managers are responsible for driving business growth within a company. They develop a network of contacts to attract new clients, research new market opportunities and oversee

growth projects, making sales projections and forecasting revenue, in line with projected income.

JOB DETAILS:

Good communication skill (both written and verbal). Get target and close the leads. Have team handle capacity and meet the target.

KEY SKILLS:

1)Strong leaderships skills and be able to set targets for sales and client support

Maintain a keen interest in new technology, new media and market trends

Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.

2)At least should be any graduateMBABBMBBABE and should have minimum 3-5 years of experience into core Sales or Business Development. Experience in the interior field would be an added advantage.

3) Should be confident in generating new B2C and B2B leads by own effort and convert them into sale is most important. Should be able to maintain a good sales conversion ratio. Need to target major B2Bdirect customersbuildersreal estate companychannel partners to tie up with them for sailing our interior products in their entire projects.

4) Should have good communication and presentation skills

5) Should be smart, confident, hardworking, dynamic and positive attitude professional.

6) Digital marketing knowledge would be an added advantage. Candidate is from real estate back ground is also fine.

Pay:30,OOO-40,000+INCENTIVE
