BDM - Project / EPC sales For Solar company in Delhi
Job description
Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion.
Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs.
Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems.
Answer questions about the products.
Negotiate prices and terms.
Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships.
Achieve Order Booking Targets with required Margins as per agreed Business Plan.
Review competition analysis and prepare counter strategies for winning.
Identify project risks and analysis and propose mitigation measures.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelors Degree in engineering.
4-5 years Experience in Sales of Solar Power Plant in Private Sector.
Procient knowledge of Solar project engineering, procurement, and
construction processes/procedures.
Proficient in use of CRM

Knowledge of Local Language
Self-Driven
Should be able to work independently for the position.
