Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Acquire Education institutions in the assigned Territory.
- Manage existing relationships within assigned Schools/ Institutions.
- Manage end-to-end Connect Program with Schools / Institutions.
- Onboard Education institutions post-acquisition.
- Responsible for timely invoicing.
- Do Sales calls and meet as needed to acquire institutions.
- Pitch Brainwonders products, Negotiate and Win deals.
- May also partner on the B2C model on a case basis as per deals won.
- Lead and drive Territory Sales nos. and over achieve the same.
- Generate leads via various modes.
- Create awareness about Brainwonders in the assigned Territory.
- Plan and conduct marketing activities.
- Organize public interactions like workshops and seminars with scheduled follow-ups.
- Plan and work on developing enquiries and conversions.
- Analyze and maintain records of all the leads and make regular updates on CRM.
- Coordinate with other departments to innovate expansion initiatives.
. Plan & deliver as per AOP (annual business operating plan), manage Month on Month Sales funnel.
