Roles and Responsibilities
o Identify potential customers and develop a sales strategy to target them.
o Build and maintain relationships with clients.
o Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for growth.
o Develop and execute sales plans to achieve targets and increase market share.
o Generate leads through various channel and networking.
o Present product information, pricing, and proposals to potential customers.
o Utilize your existing network of road contractors and end users to generate leads and secure sales.
o Actively engage with contractors and end users to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
o Be abreast with the daily market price and market scenario.
o Meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets.
o Follow-ups with customers to ensure payments are made timely.
o Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
o Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.
o Daily reporting to Sr. Sales Manager.
Desired Candidate Profile
• Bachelor's or master’s degree in marketing and business.
• 2 plus years of experience in bitumen sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the bitumen industry.
• Familiarity with MS office applications.
