Business Development & Strategy
o Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the TMT bar market, with a particular focus on epoxy-coated and cut-and-bend TMT bars.
o Develop and execute a strategic sales plan that aligns with company objectives and drives growth within target markets.
o Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
Client Relationship Management
o Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, contractors, construction companies, and other stakeholders.
o Act as the primary point of contact for existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and exploring upselling opportunities.
Sales Execution
o Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by driving sales of epoxy coated and cut-and-bend TMT bars.
o Conduct client presentations, prepare sales proposals, and negotiate contracts to close deals effectively.
o Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product quality, timely delivery, and excellent customer service.
Technical & Product Knowledge
o Leverage in-depth knowledge of epoxy coated and cut-and-bend TMT bars to educate clients on product features, benefits, and applications.
o Stay up-to-date with industry standards, advancements in technology, and competitive offerings.
Reporting & Analysis
o Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline analysis to management.
