Job Description:
Build and manage a portfolio of partners by acquiring new and growing existing ones.
Develop a deep understanding of the industry, the respective market, and competitive analysis.
Meet and exceed team KPI targets and business objectives.
Support new and existing clients via email, phone or chat
Negotiate the terms of each partnership based upon the existing rebate structures.
Generate ideas to increase lead generation and conversion.
Identify business opportunities, potential clients and VIP customers and negotiate in order to create profitable accounts through identifying needs within the FX industry.
Travel to conferences or business meetings as required.
Assist with the onboarding of clients, IBs & other partners and proactively address their queries and/or concerns through various communication channels.
Qualifications :
2-3 years previous experience in account management/business development or sales within the Forex/Capital Markets or CFD space is required.
Practical knowledge of or interest in foreign exchange, derivatives trading, investing, or the financial markets.
Ability to identify, open and continually drive new initiatives/ markets that will grow the brand and will be revenue accretive.
A hunter & entrepreneur mindset with the ability to grow business sales;
Strong experience in managing & leading a team effectively to achieve target performance (KPI);
Strong business acumen, project management abilities, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to develop and implement a strategic business expansion plan.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation of group presentations.
Ability to work on own initiative, expand and generate business.
Ability to work under pressure, face constant challenges, adapt to changes;
