Requirements
- Proven track record of exceeding sales KPI’s and building and maintaining client relationships.
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
Responsibilities
- Achieving sales target
- Acquiring Key Customers with Nation Wide Presence
- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
- Achieving customer satisfaction by making proactive presentations about current market trends, upcoming product concepts, and new products in line with their core business and also by providing pre/ post-sales assistance.
- Achieving business growth through identifying and penetrating new markets
- Delivering customized fragrances by working with the R&D department to develop offerings in line with customer-specific briefs.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Understanding various aspects of customer requirements. Seeing the business through the eyes of internal and external customers. Makes concrete attempts in addressing customer’s problems
