Key Responsibilities:
• Identifying and developing new business opportunities, including potential clients.
• Generate income for to an agreed annual target
• Building and maintaining relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners
• Developing and implementing sales strategies and plans to achieve revenue targets
• Creating and delivering presentations and proposals to potential clients
• Negotiating contracts and closing deals
• Collaborating with internal teams, such as operations and designers, to ensure successful delivery of events
• Building and managing a pipeline of new business opportunities
• Maintaining accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities
• Attending industry events and networking opportunities to build relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Hire & Manage Team for sales & client servicing
Qualifications and Skills:
• A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role
• Strong understanding of the event planning and event industry
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively
• Ready to travel
