Job Description

As a Solar Sales & Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding business opportunities in the solar energy sector. You will play a crucial role in identifying potential clients, building relationships, and closing deals to promote the adoption of solar energy solutions. Your expertise will contribute to the growth of the company's solar division and the advancement of renewable energy initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue from solar energy products and services.

2. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities in the solar energy industry. Utilize insights to inform strategic decisions and stay ahead of market developments.

3. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and serve as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process.

4. Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels such as networking, cold calling, referrals, and partnerships. Proactively seek out new business opportunities and expand the client base.

5. Proposal Development: Prepare proposals, presentations, and quotations for potential clients. Customize offerings to address client requirements and effectively communicate the value proposition of solar energy solutions.

6. Negotiation and Closure: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure contracts and agreements. Close deals in a timely manner while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.

7. Project Management: Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, finance, and operations, to coordinate project implementation and delivery. Ensure seamless execution of solar energy projects from inception to completion.
