Job Title-Business Development Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Prospecting:
Research, identify & generate leads through various channels, including cold calling to Potential clients, markets, and focusing on industries such as warehouse, textile Manufacturing, Plastic, Automobile ,& other large manufacturing facilities for new client acquisition.
. Develop & execute strategies to penetrate new markets & channels including
targeting electrical consultants & contractors/MEP consultants & Contractors /HVAC Consultants & Contractors for direct / indirect sales opportunities. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
Sales & Revenue Growth
Drive sales effort to meet & exceed revenue targets, leveraging both direct sales &
channel partnerships.
Develop & implement sales plans & initiatives to maximise sales volume &
profitability.
New Partnership Development
Research, identify & generate leads for bulk buying opportunities for white labelling,
also explore opportunities for tie up with Air compressor dealers.
Cultivate relationship with bulk buyers & channel partners for mutual business
Negotiation and Contract Closure
Negotiate & finalise on pricing, terms, and contractual agreements to secure profitable deals and achieve revenue targets.
Work closely with production & operations department to smooth execution of order & update the client about progress till installation of fans at their site.
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to order fulfilment.
Market Intelligence and Strategy Development:
Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
Analyse market data and client feedback to identify opportunities for product or service enhancements and strategic initiatives
