Job Description

Responsibilities:

Market Research: Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities and market trends. This includes analyzing competitors and assessing market demands.

Lead Generation: Generating leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, attending events, and utilizing online platforms.

Relationship Building: Developing and maintaining relationships with potential clients, partners, and other stakeholders to nurture business opportunities.

Proposal Development: Creating proposals and presentations tailored to the needs of potential clients, outlining the company's products or services and how they can address client needs.

Negotiation: Negotiating terms and contracts with clients, ensuring mutual benefit and profitability for both parties.

Sales Strategy: Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets and objectives set by the company in share broking and mutual funds.

Collaboration: Collaborating with other departments within the company, such as marketing, product development, and finance, to support business objectives.

Reporting and Analysis: Tracking sales performance, analyzing data, and preparing regular reports for management to assess progress and identify areas for improvement.

Customer Feedback: Gathering and analyzing customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and inform product development and marketing strategies.

Networking: Building and maintaining a network of contacts within the industry to stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and potential business opportunities.

Training and Development: Providing training and guidance to sales teams or other relevant staff members to enhance their business development skills and knowledge.

Adaptability: Being adaptable and flexible to respond to changing market conditions and business priorities.
