1. Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the services industry.

2. Convert inquiries into customers by effectively showcasing the benefits of our services.

3. Managed a portfolio of accounts and consistently met or exceeded sales targets.

4. Understand customer requirements and ensure they are fulfilled to their satisfaction.

5. Closed sales by negotiating favourable pricing, terms, and contracts, maximizing revenue opportunities

6. Lead and manage marketing projects from inception to completion.

7. Demonstrate strong leadership skills to motivate and guide the marketing team.

8. Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure smooth project execution.

9. Follow up with customers to maintain strong relationships and address any concerns.

10. Utilize project management skills to organize and prioritize tasks effectively.

11. Possess a Diploma/Degree in any field, demonstrating a commitment to continuous learning and growth.

12. Fluent in English (reading & writing) with manageable proficiency in Marathi, Hindi, and Gujarati.

13. Proficient in creating PowerPoint presentations, preparing quotations in MS Word, and managing data in CRM systems.

14. Provided timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management to support decision-making processes.

15. Presentable and capable of quickly grasping complex concepts.

16. Enthusiastic about travelling for work when necessary.

17. Reside in close proximity to Mira Road, Bhayander, or the Western Line for easy access to the office.
