Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years of experience in business development, with a proven track record of driving growth and achieving targets. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research & Analysis:

o Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and market trends.

o Analyze competitor strategies and industry developments to identify areas for growth.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

o Identify and approach potential clients through various channels (Upwork, LinkedIn, etc).

o Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

o Develop and implement strategies to retain and expand the client base.

Sales Strategy & Execution:

o Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company objectives and sales targets.

o Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations with potential clients.

o Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Collaboration & Coordination:

o Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive approach to client engagement.

o Coordinate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions that meet client needs.

Reporting & Documentation:

o Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and contract negotiations.

o Prepare regular reports on sales metrics, market analysis, and business development initiatives.

Qualifications:

Education:

o Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

Experience:

o 4-8 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
