Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team in the IT industry. The BDM will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a deep understanding of IT solutions, market trends, and strategic sales approaches.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT sector, including software, networking, AI, cybersecurity, and other emerging technologies.

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets.

Research and analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify opportunities for expansion.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Understand client needs and provide tailored IT solutions to meet their business objectives.

Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Sales and Negotiation:

Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing deals, including presentations, proposal writing, and contract negotiations.

Develop pricing strategies and negotiate terms to secure favorable deals for both the company and clients.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery of IT services.

Market Research and Strategy:

Conduct market research to identify trends, emerging technologies, and potential business opportunities.

Analyze competitor activities and develop strategies to differentiate the company’s offerings.

Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on business development strategies and opportunities.

Project Management:

Oversee and coordinate the implementation of IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

Manage client expectations and communicate project progress regularly.
