Roles and Responsibilities::::::---

Team Management - Assessment of the city / cluster demand potential: Mapping demand clusters in a new geography in terms of different customer segments (working professionals, students, male / female, high end / low end), along with specific demand centers (large Tech / IT parks, SEZs, universities/colleges / institutes, large Corporate offices, etc. ) and understanding of dynamics of demand in those geographies.

Market Study and Survey.

Getting Business from Client and Follow ups to close it.

Meeting with Client, References and Client Relationship.

Lead generation.

Your job as a business development/Marketing manager is to identify sales leads, pitch goods or services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts.

Creativity with in sales techniques and marketing schemes.

Apart from your own sales closures, you will also train and manage a team of Business Development Executives and help them with their closures as well.

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. The candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

Business Development Manager Qualifications.

Ability to manage a large number of prospect situations simultaneously while positioning company products against direct and indirect competitors.

4 years' prior experience in business development / relationship management, Strong communication and leadership skills, Strong execution orientation - needs to be able to get things done, and fast, Ideal candidate should be proactive.
