Key Responsibilities
Prospect new business opportunities for our SaaS products like CRM Software mobile app.
Contact potential clients and explore new business opportunities to create long-term successful
partnerships. Develop quotes and proposals for clients. Provide an outstanding follow-up and overall
process experience.
Frequent communication of business status to the team including sales updates, decision support
analytics and new business leads.
Explore Cross-selling opportunities with the team and increase the sales of Sankar Tech Solutions
tools.
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands companys customer base and ensure its
strong presence
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and
understanding their needs
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition
status
Growing revenue via prospecting, qualifying, selling, and closing enterprise client accounts
Meeting Quarterly & Annual Revenue Targets
Conducting one-on-one and group sales presentations
Developing and maintaining prospect and customer list based on strategic marketing data and other
sources for sales leads
Planning & Strategizing marketing activities with the Marketing and Channel teams for the end users
and channels
Qualification
Masters in Business Administration (Management, Marketing, Finance, other)
Work Experiences & Skills Required
5+ Years of Relevant experience as a BDM or Sales Manager.
Must have experience selling On-Demand, SaaS (Software as a Service) solution or subscription based product to a diverse customer base. Working knowledge of computer applications such as
Microsoft Office and and Familiarity with Photoshop, HTML, CSS
