Key Responsibilities
• Prospect new business opportunities for our SaaS products like CRM Software mobile app.
• Contact potential clients and explore new business opportunities to create long-term successful
partnerships. Develop quotes and proposals for clients. Provide an outstanding follow-up and overall
process experience.
• Frequent communication of business status to the team including sales updates, decision support
analytics and new business leads.
• Explore Cross-selling opportunities with the team and increase the sales of Sankar Tech Solutions
tools.
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its
strong presence
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and
understanding their needs
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition
status
•• Growing revenue via prospecting, qualifying, selling, and closing enterprise client accounts
• Meeting Quarterly & Annual Revenue Targets
• Conducting one-on-one and group sales presentations
• Developing and maintaining prospect and customer list based on strategic marketing data and other
sources for sales leads
• Planning & Strategizing marketing activities with the Marketing and Channel teams for the end users
and channels
Qualification
• Master’s in Business Administration (Management, Marketing, Finance, other)
Work Experiences & Skills Required
• 5+ Years of Relevant experience as a BDM or Sales Manager.
• • Must have experience selling On-Demand, SaaS (Software as a Service) solution or subscription based product to a diverse customer base. Working knowledge of computer applications such as
Microsoft Office and and Familiarity with Photoshop, HTML, CSS
