Business Development/ Lead Generation Specialist

Job Description

ystems valley is looking out for an ambitious, experienced Business Development Executive/Lead Generation Specialist to help our company attract new will be in charge of devising a lead generation strategy that will improve our outreach and contribute to the growth of our subscriber base. The chosen candidate will be responsible for spearheading our lead campaigns. They are also required to follow up on all generated leads and update managers on the progress of our lead generation initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Lead Management:

Generate new leads using cold calling, email marketing, social media, and other relevant marketing channels

Research and maintain lead generation database

Conduct customer research

Conduct client or market surveys to obtain information about potential leads

Provide accurate and timely information to management

Develop a strong knowledge of the company’s products and services in order to facilitate the sales process

Organize and keep the lead status updated in the CRM software

Sales Activity:

Understand how the sales process works and manage the sales pipeline

Participate in webinars, in-person events, conferences and network with peers and target audience to identify sales opportunities

Requirements

3-5 years of experience in lead generation and prospecting

Experience in B2B/B2C sales, preferably in for at least 1-2 years

Top-notch verbal and written communication skills

A proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships

Excellent client servicing skills
