About the Role

Our mission is always to be student-first. To enable every student to achieve their international

education goals, we need to build a strong collaboration with the world's leading universities and

colleges and work as a mediator between the academic institutions and the aspiring students. As the

Senior Associate in the International Office, you will be responsible for building new partnerships with

the leading international universities, nurturing strong relationships with existing partners that are

based on transparency and ethos of the organisation, and act as the liaison between various

departments of Recruiter and the universities and other collaborators.

What you will do :

Drive end to end account management of the assigned Universities- from client onboarding,

training and building strong retention strategy.

Conduct regular meetings (physical & virtual meet) with the clients.

Serve as SPOC from India and own the enrollment target assigned for each university

partner

Handle escalations and resolve them within reasonable time.

Create SOPs to minimize operational issues or future grievances.

Build Supply intel and manage effective shortlisting of partner universities.

Manage Uniconnect, University Webinar and similar events to boost client engagement.

Work closely with the accounts to claim and collect commissions.

What you will need :

Minimum a Bachelor's degree from a well-reputed institution (experience in international

education and master's degree or MBA is preferred)

At least two years of experience in business development involving International Clients.

1-2 years of experience with Excel and data analysis

A solution-oriented mindset and a high level of ownership.

Ability to communicate effectively and coordinate between cross-functional teams.

Willingness to travel as necessary.
