Responsibilities:
Sales Target:
Managing an Independent Target of 8000 Lives ( bring in Revenue b/w 50-80 lacs/year) for the first year to be onboarded for Empower HCM.
Responsibility for Generating Leads through Cold Outreach, Lead Generation Agencies, Webinars etc.
Demo: Be able to give Product Demos to prospective clients.
Commercial Negotiation:
Responsible for Commercials Calculation and Negotiation with the client.
Ability to Create the Proposal and anchor elements and Scope of Customisations.
Handover of Client to Operations team at the Closure of Deal:
Operations:
Review and work closely with the Sales Head.
Review with the Management once a week
Process Driven Sales.
Qualification & Skill Sets:
Preferable 2-5 years experience in HRMS/HCM Sales, else any SaaS Sales.
You can create rapport with clients easily.
Discovering Prospects' Pain points and align Storylines accordingly.
Good in Product Demos..
Prior Exposure to Salesforce/ Microsoft Ecosystem would be good to have.
Open to Learning and growth and willing to work hard for the same.
Strong analytical skills (both qualitative and quantitative) and the ability to collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
