Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation: Research potential clients and decision-makers within target companies who would benefit from our staffing solutions.

Outreach & Networking: Use digital channels (LinkedIn, email, etc.) to connect with potential clients, initiate conversations, and assess staffing needs.

Pipeline Management: Track lead progress and document interactions in CRM or internal tracking tools.

Collaborative Strategy: Work closely with the business development team to refine outreach strategies and identify high-potential industries and client segments.

Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to inform outreach tactics and lead-generation efforts.
